Silver Cloud Hotel - Tacoma Waterfront

The location is almost perfect except for the trains that run every 15mins and kept me up at night. Very friendly and welcoming Customer service. Room had an offensive odor. Shower with no soap didn't drain well. Location is perfect with great harbor views!

I enjoyed every second at Silver Cloud Hotel. It was an incredibly relaxing and enjoyable stay. The property is extremely clean, the breakfast was delicious, and having access to a free laundry washer and dryer was a wonderful bonus. I would easily rate my stay higher than five stars if I could. I cannot wait to visit again in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I stayed here for 3 nights total, 1 night with the jacuzzi, and 1 night in seattle.. I loved this company so much. The front desk service was 24/7 and the staff were very professional and kind. Easy parking for both locations although there is a fee. Exceptionally clean room all 4 times I stayed with them and I didn’t have to worry about any cleaning. The little finishing touches like the mini fridge light and extra towels and pillows were great. I requested to move a room one night because the people above me were very loud, she moved me instantly without delay. I even got to choose the floor I wanted my jacuzzi on. The only things I would want improved is only 2 of the 6 jets in the jacuzzi worked and they were on the sides the tv were on and the faucet so I couldn’t enjoy the jets in a comfortable position. They also only have a vending machine at the Tacoma Waterfront location with no adjoining restaurant so if you want a midnight snack, there is limited options. I loved my stay, would definitely return.

Lovely one night staycation. Super comfortable bed. My first enjoyable sleep experience in a hotel this year. The room was modern and updated and very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty standard. I'd like a different hot sauce option and maybe some more creamers for the coffee and nuts for the oatmeal.
